Manoj Tripathi, PMP®
Manoj brings 23 years of execution experience across healthcare, IT, logistics, and financial services — most recently as Group PMO Leader at Marengo Asia Hospitals until June 2025, before founding Zenthis full-time. He is a certified Google AI Trainer and has spent over a decade mentoring professionals through UrbanPro, Topmate, and internal corporate programs, alongside enterprise PMO governance and IT service delivery leadership.
In the past year alone, Manoj has trained more than 2,000 professionals across AI, project management, and data disciplines — including AI implementation training for organisations in media and healthcare, and project management training delivered to QCI (Quality Council of India), Delhi.
Richa Shukla, LL.M.
Richa brings 14 years of legal and corporate governance experience, specializing in international trade law, regulatory compliance, and ESG frameworks — including work advising on POSH internal committee structuring and boardroom governance protocols.

Zenthis Consulting was incorporated in March 2026. The two decades of execution behind it were not. We built Zenthis because growth-stage Indian organisations kept asking for the same thing: global-standard frameworks — PMP, ITIL, PMI-PMOCP — adapted for Indian ground realities, not imported wholesale from consulting decks built for boardrooms that don't look like theirs. That's the gap Zenthis exists to close.
